Hi, I’m Nai,

I am a certified fitness trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and assisted stretch therapist dedicated to helping people restore movement, build strength, and live pain-free.

My approach goes beyond workouts. I focus on how your body moves, how it feels, and how it functions in everyday life. I help clients improve mobility, recover from physical stress, prevent injury, and develop sustainable strength.

I believe true wellness includes physical health, mental discipline, and intentional self-care. My goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and connected to your body again.
